Silvia Calvet

“It does not matter if it’s an on-line or an off-line product or service… It’s about understanding the problem you are solving for your customers, and align the company to it. I work with organizations and teams to improve customer experience. The solution requires strategy but also culture.

As a creative I use the design thinking to put people first, to understand problems and to identify needs and pains. As a strategist I understand that business is about results, productivity and vision. The approach: open collaboration based on learning, building, measuring.

Ingredients for success: empathy, powers of ten, diversity and a bit of earth & sky. Secret ingredients? Higher purpose & humanism inside business.”
